There have been significant changes both with our economy and within o
ur industry affecting all of us since
our last survey in 2009. Because of these and other changing market dynamics, this tool study has been
expanded to better understand your selection process and decision-making criteria for buying shop tools,
either as a manager/owner or technician. What we learn from your feedback will be useful for other shops
and for the automotive industry as a whole in better serving your needs.
